WELLNESS ASSESSMENT:

Your 65-minute WELLNESS ASSESSMENT is provided to educate you on practical, evidence based guidelines to build upon your current health, training & wellness program. Prior to the session, you will complete a Health & Lifestyle Questionnaire and 3-Day Food Journal. Whether your goals are specific to improvement in your sport, or improving on a symptom-based health concern, you will be provided with whole-foods nutritional counseling and wellness planning that fits your unique lifestyle. Walk away feeling educated, motivated and re-energized towards reclaiming your wellness.

Included in this package is a written summary of the sessions’ discussion.

After your WELLNESS ASSESSMENT is completed, it is recommended to start working towards your goals while your motivation is at its peak. Together, we may review your interest in moving forward with a PERSONALIZED MEAL PLAN option, PERSONAL TRAINING package or both!

PERSONALIZED MEAL PLAN: 

Your 65-minute PERSONALIZED MEAL PLAN session is provided to further educate you on the nutrition and fuel that best complement your unique body, lifestyle and training goals. You will receive one (1) customized individual MEAL PLAN, complete with detailed preparation advice, fresh versatile recipes and grocery tips. Your MEAL PLAN will be tailored to your unique tastes, whole food preferences and complement your activity level. MEAL PLANS are provided to cover a twelve (12) week period; updates are dependent on your goals and personal preferences.

With each MEAL PLAN purchased: receive one (1) week of UNLIMITED TEXT MESSAGE SUPPORT while you adjust to your new plan.

When you are ready for an updated MEAL PLAN, your 45-minute SUBSEQUENT MEAL PLAN session: builds off the current plan with new recipes, meal ideas & grocery tips. Included with the SUBSEQUENT MEAL PLAN package is one (1) week of UNLIMITED TEXT MESSAGE SUPPORT

*IN-HOUSE KITCHEN PREPARATION: need a little assistance with food preparation and/or grocery shopping: please inquire about personal services at your home, in your kitchen!

30-DAY UNLIMITED TEXT MESSAGE SUPPORT PACKAGE: (Valid when purchasing a MEAL PLAN, SUBSEQUENT MEAL PLAN, 4-SESSION PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGE or if a Client over 6 months).

It is recommended to purchase a four (4) week, UNLIMITED TEXT MESSAGE SUPPORT package. This allows us to keep in contact frequently so that we may monitor your progress, provide assistance with training or meal planning questions as these arise, and most importantly, be there to provide you with accountability & encouragement as we work together towards accomplishing your goals. One (1) 10-minute PHONE CONSULT is added to each package.

MONTHLY WELLNESS SUPPORT: (Valid when choosing not to purchase a MEAL PLAN or PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGE or choosing more support)

Your WELLNESS SUPPORT package includes four (4) x 30-minute phone consults to delve deep into lifestyle, wellness practices and provide step by step weekly instruction to incorporate your wellness goals into your life in a sustainable way.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Your initial 75-minute PERSONAL TRAINING session: the session is split into three components: 1) assessing current postural alignment, gait and how your body moves through a series of functional movement patterns 2) reviewing your fitness goals, discussing options for implementing your goals into your current schedule and 3) completing a 30-minute training session.

Your subsequent 65-minute PERSONAL TRAINING session: goal specific training session that you can implement from your home or gym. One (1) session package personalized towards your sport specific or fitness goals.

Your 4-Package PERSONAL TRAINING sessions: all sessions are goal specific, detailed, written training programs that can be implemented from your home or gym. (4-Package sessions expire within 30 days of purchase).
