My focus is to provide you with compassionate, practical guidance on wholesome foods selection and wellness practices. Let me help you discover health + fitness in a balanced, enjoyable and sustainable way. This is not a “one-size-fits-all” approach: this is about you and your uniqueness!

Whether looking to work through your specific health issues, finding tips on meal preparation for you or your busy family, or fueling for optimal performance in your sport, allow me to assist you with evidence-based nutritional guidance.

I am an active member of the Canadian Examining Board of Health Care Practitioners, as a Registered Nutritional Counselor and certified as a Holistic Nutritionist, specializing in Sports & Fitness. I am BCRPA Certified in the following specialties: Personal Trainer, Group Fitness, Spin, Pilates and as an Older Adult Instructor. I have taken additional workshops in Barre Fitness, Cardio Kick-boxing and MMA-Kickboxing.

Having participated in both recreational and competitive sports, dance programs, body-building competitions and an avid fitness enthusiast most of my life, I understand the balance between food for fuel, without compromising taste, flavor and versatility.
